Patience Musanhu

Patience Musanhu is an agile public health, humanitarian, and development professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic grant, project, and portfolio management, gained through senior roles at Gavi the Vaccine Alliance, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Oxfam Great Britain, and the United Nations Population Fund.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive networking and partnership management skills, effectively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in multicultural environments at national and international levels. Her work with national governments and non-state actors has enhanced her coordination and leadership capabilities, particularly in conflict sensitivity, community engagement, and access negotiations.
Patience has a proven track record of overseeing a large portfolio of grants across nearly 50 countries, successfully led diverse program management initiatives in Angola, Belize, Botswana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Swaziland, South Sudan, Suriname, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, among others.
